Marketouch Media's New Online Report Center Provides Easier Access to Campaign Management Tools
HOUSTON, Tx. -- September 2006: MarkeTouch Media, a leader in automated contact technologies upgrades its online Report Center to provide clients with more features and easier access to campaign information and real-time reports.
The Report Center, accessible only to MarkeTouch clients with login and password was introduced earlier this month to give customers more options including billing status, consolidated reporting and a simplified, user-friendly web queue to schedule broadcast. Incorporating the additional features also gave the Report Center a new layout where information and campaign tools are presented in a dashboard format so users can easily navigate to the desired area.
For accounts with smaller broadcast needs, the Quick Queue system can be integrated as an optional feature in the Report Center to give clients a quick and easy way to deliver routine messages to a smaller quantity of dials. Telephone numbers are entered directly into the Quick Queue manually, omitting the usual data upload common to larger broadcasts. The feature is ideal for clients frequently sending the same type of message to different customers on a regular basis.
The new features of the Report Center serve mainly as an enhancement to the value of the previous version. Real-time broadcast monitoring, campaign changes and report options still give clients an online resource to effectively manage their broadcast campaigns. The online Report Center is constantly being tested to support features and capabilities needed by MarkeTouch customers and updated regularly.
